"First of all, I think this location may have been renovated because it’s very clean and has a really wide open space in their lobby and it’s very nice. Most importantly, I just had one of the best services I’ve ever received from a fast food joint. I work night shift, so when I get off work, I come to Krystal’s a lot because it’s one of the only places I can get lunch food in the mornings. I have been to several locations before that have lied to me and refused to cook me Krystals at 8am, which I do understand, because it’s more work. This location was happy to cook them for me, and let me know I would have to wait for them to cook, which I already knew, and so I said I would run outside and come back inside in a few minutes so I could smoke a cigarette while I waited for the food. Above all else, the man that was working brought my food outside to me, which was incredibly nice and unexpected. THEN as I get in my car with my food, I accidentally left my drink on top of my car and (can’t remember if it was the same person as before, or a different associate) a Krystal’s associate knocked on my window and handed me the drink I left on top of the car before I drove off and forgot it there! Fabulous service, and it really made my morning. I wish I could put names on here, but I was a little preoccupied (CLEARLY LOL) and did not ask for any names - I’m so sorry - but it was around 8:30am on the morning after Valentine’s Day, 2/15/26, at the Fort Oglethorpe/Lafayette Rd. location, if that helps anyone out that works there. Thank you guys so much!! XD Very much appreciated."

"I had to leave a review after my experience last week at Krystal. There were only two employees working, and despite being clearly short-staffed, they handled everything with such professionalism and positivity.Shout out to Issac Moore and Andrew Gorski. The customer service was absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and made sure every customer felt acknowledged. Even more impressive, the food came out hot and fresh! What really stood out to me was how the two coworkers encouraged each other throughout the night. You could tell it was a tough shift, but they stayed upbeat and supported one another the entire time. That kind of teamwork and work ethic deserves recognition. Thank you both for your hard work — it did not go unnoticed!"

"We came to Kystals tonight on Fort O to just grab a late night snack for 2. We had no idea they closed at 12 now and came 10 til closing. The gentleman explained to us they close soon, but still proceeded to cook our meals fresh and bring them out. Most people now, especially the in fast food couldn't care less and would just tell us they're closed. So thank you to our host, Wolfgang. We appreciate it!"

"Most of the time they are great but if they don’t have enough people working it can take some time. Workers are always super nice."

"I had an issue with an online order on March 8th around 6pm (absolutely not their fault at all, technology error) and the general manager and night shift manager were so nice and helpful. They fixed everything for me and the employees were very personable as well. I highly recommend this location and I hope the staff and managers can be rewarded in some way for making their guests experiences so great."

"Let me speak boldly and without shame: Krystal is not just a restaurant—it is a rite of passage. I came for burgers. I stayed for joy. And I paid for it later—but oh, friends, it was worth every bite. The burgers? Glorious miniature miracles. Steamed buns like soft clouds. Patty perfection. A bite-sized symphony of grease and glee. I ordered generously, as one must when faced with such a bounty. The staff—cheerful culinary knights—delivered my feast with speed, kindness, and zero judgment. Yes, I was later visited by the great Rumbling Reckoning. Yes, the bubble guts arrived like a marching band in a tile hallway. And yes, I eventually met my destiny in the porcelain throne room. But let me be clear: I have no regrets. That’s the price of greatness. That’s the cost of dancing with glory. Krystal doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. It’s bold. It’s honest. It’s tiny burgers and big consequences, and I embrace both with open arms and clenched cheeks. Would I go back? Absolutely. Krystal gave me a story, a memory, and a laugh that echoed long after the flushing ended. Five stars. One roll of toilet paper. Infinite joy."

"Usually get through the drive thru in 5-10 minutes when the line is long which is no time considering some people like to order the entire menu. The cashiers have always been sweet and nothing but helpful and kind. Even changing an order option or asking for an add on, they do with a smile and a no problem. Keep it up guys! Best one in the area when it comes to customer service."
